Early Care International promotes and strengthens early childhood development programmes (ECD) like healthcare, education and psychosocial services for children early in life. To this end, we support, promote and advocate for ECD programmes. Early Care International is a Danish-based non-governmental organisation registered with the CVR-number 42685585. Our address is Myggenæsgade 3, 6.1, 2300 Copenhagen S.

We use personal data to register members and organisations that we collaborate with to advance our work.

 


2. Data we collect and how we use it 

 

Early Care International receives data only related to the person affiliated with Early Care International as a member or individual working for an organisation we cooperate with. We may use this data to analyse demographic information about our members and partner organisations. In this case, it will not be possible to connect the person to the meta-data.

 

Early Care International receives personal information from its members and partners as a function of organised activities, such as holding a course and creating a membership. When we receive personal registration information, it is limited to your first name, last name, e-mail address, address (if given) and telephone number. 

 


3. How we collect your data 

 

Early Care International receives personal information via our website to register as a paying member and communicate with organisations related to our work. In addition, Early Care International receives personal information from its members and contact persons (for example, people in the HR department, Talent management department, Team leaders or Employee managers). We prioritise the security of your data, and we will protect it following this privacy policy. We do not store personal data on hard drives on PCs or desktops. 

 


4. Google Analytics


Our website uses third-party services such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyse the use of our website. This data helps us understand how you use the site and ways that we can improve your experience on our website. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks website performance and collects visitor insights. This data is shared with other Google services. As Early Care International aspires to create and manage knowledge and information about early childhood development programme activities, our webpage may contain links to other sites and services that are not operated by us. 6. How long your data is stored 

 

Early Care International keeps your personal information for as long as you are a member of Early Care International. For contact persons representing organisations that we cooperate with, Early Care International will store the personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil our objectives in accordance with the personal consents provided. If you are no longer a member, we will delete your data no later than two years after the termination of membership. Early Care International is not obliged to delete your data from here if your data is included as data points in an overall meta-analysis. However, these data points will not be traceable back to you. Early Care International stores personal data generated from members and persons representing organisations that we cooperate with for a maximum of two years.

 


7. How to contact us regarding your data 

 

Early Care International is ready to explain how we store and use personal data to members and people affiliated with the organisation. You can at any time contact us if you wish to delete or revise the data about you. As a member of Early Care International, you have the right to know if your stored personal data is deleted after two years of membership withdrawal have passed. Upon your request, it is also possible to have your data deleted before the period of two years.
